TEMOnSite are operational services for customers that want Convergence to provide some or all operational services, but do not allow access to their internal systems from outside. Convergence operations team members execute on a planned basis at your premises.

TEMOnSite services may be extended with TEM business consulting services supporting expense optimization and Active Telecom Management out-tasked services.

• TEM systems management manages your TEM hardware environment, systems software and middleware

Convergence gives you the flexibility to deploy the Rivermine and Convergence software in the way that works best for your organization:

• On-demand: Convergence provides all the power of the TEM software solution in a dedicated or shared hosted environment, installed at one of the 200 data centers Convergence has access to world-wide through his hosting partner.
• Hybrid: Your asset database resides on-premise for security purposes, while other portions of the solution are hosted for convenience.
• Migration: Flexibility to start hosted and migrate to on-premise over time to save on long-term costs.
