Collaborative management of TEM processes
Convergence’s TEMCare Advanced Services provide in a collaborative approach to TEM management for Fixed Voice, Mobile Voice and Data and Data Communications with web-based access to Convergence’s TAP – Telecom Analytics Platform and/or TMP – Telecom Management Platform (TMP). TEMCare Advanced outsources such functions as cost center allocations, invoice acquisition, loading, monitoring and processing, invoice approvals, invoice payment configuration and interfacing to accounts payable and inventory management.
Enterprise-wide access to a standard set of operational reports as well as business intelligence reporting & analytics provides analysis of communications, costs, use, trends and other measures. Customers maintain visibility into the invoice management process and retain the ability to actively participate at multiple process steps for approvals, payments, AP/GL code management, and more.
This offering is suited to organizations that want an outsourced solution that provides complete invoice and inventory management for the organization, but still want to actively participate in the Telecom Service Lifecycle Management (TTSLM) processes.
TEMCare Advanced Services
TEMCare Advanced Services are delivered as a Business Process Outsourcing Managed Service, where the Convergence team members actively collaborate with the internal team in the TEM processes. The integrated teams have access to TEMPOR or TEMPOR Enterprise Portal and the Rivermine and/or Convergence software and other portal supported applications.
TEMCare Advanced Analytics Services
TEMCare Advanced Analytics Services are delivered as a Business Process Outsourcing Managed Service, where the Convergence team members actively collaborate with the internal team in the TEM processes. The integrated teams have access through the TEMPOR portal to Convergence analytical software and other portal supported applications.
The service is ideally suited to MidMarket and Corporate customers with a TEM focus on business intelligence for visibility and control through exception reporting who want to take a collaborative approach.
The service is well suited to organizations which have strong knowledgeable resources to supervise the Total Telecom Service Lifecycle Management (TTSLM) processes while relying on Convergence to provide them with insight from Business Intelligence and leave most operational processes to an outsourcing partner.
